In key areas such as intelligent manufacturing, comprehensive standardization should be carried out, with emphasis on speeding up the formulation of integrated standards for major equipment sets and automated production lines characterized by intelligence. In the areas of large aircraft, power generation, power transmission and transformation, and in the areas of advantages such as key users'needs, comprehensive standardization mode should be applied to promote the development of standard complex, and the standardization synthesis of strategic emerging industries should be accelerated. A public service platform for standardized verification and testing was built, and pilot demonstrations were carried out in five areas: process manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, intelligent equipment and products, new mode of intelligent manufacturing, intelligent management and intelligent service.
Second, we should strengthen the construction of standards system in basic areas. Focusing on the implementation of industrial strong foundation projects, closely following the industrial "four-base" development guidance catalogue, we focus on formulating the basic material standards of iron and steel, non-ferrous, organic and composite for key components. Focus on improving the performance, reliability and life standard index of key basic components such as bearings, gears, hydraulic and air tightness. Focus on the development of advanced casting, forging, heat treatment technology and basic manufacturing equipment standards, break the bottleneck of industrial development. In the key areas of CNC machine tools, aerospace, power generation equipment, etc., we should select core enterprises, promote the integration of whole machine enterprises and basic supporting enterprises, use comprehensive standardization methods to carry out the research and development of core basic components, advanced basic technology and key basic material standards, and carry out the activities of meeting the standards. We can systematically solve the problems of linking up design, material, process and testing standards, and upgrade the foundation. Quality, reliability and life of products.
Third, we should promote breakthroughs in standardization in key areas. We will strengthen the development of key technical standards for industrial upgrading and revise more than 2000 technical standards. Focusing on the implementation of "Made in China 2025", we will strengthen the development of new generation of information technology, high-end CNC machine tools and robots, aerospace equipment, marine engineering equipment and high-tech ships, advanced rail transit equipment, energy-saving and new energy vehicles, electric power equipment, new materials, biomedical and high-performance medical equipment, agricultural machinery and other key areas to promote the intelligent system. Manufacturing, green manufacturing. Focusing on the implementation of high-end equipment innovation projects, a large number of standards have been developed in the fields of large aircraft, aero-engine and gas turbine, civil aerospace, intelligent green train, energy-saving and new energy vehicles, marine engineering equipment and high-tech ships, smart grid equipment, high-end numerical control machine tools, nuclear power equipment, high-end diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, etc., breaking through the common key technologies and engineering. The bottleneck of industrialization is to carry out pilot and demonstration of application so as to improve the ability of innovation and development and international competitiveness.
Fourth, we should promote equipment going out and cooperation with international production capacity. We will promote the development of a number of international standards for high-end equipment in key areas such as railways, aerospace and construction machinery. We will actively promote breakthroughs in international standards such as ships, oceans and information technology. We should strengthen the comparative analysis of bulk commodities standards of key countries along the belt and road. Around the equipment in key areas such as aerospace, construction machinery and so on, a list of China's equipment standards is put forward. We will intensify the efforts to recognize each other's standards, increase the number of countries and standards that recognize each other, and carry out translation of standard foreign versions in a systematic way.
In addition, the National Standards Committee will speed up the construction of research bases for standard innovation, actively bring into play the advantages of the three national technology standard innovation bases approved for the preparation of Zhongguancun, South China Center and Guangzhou, strengthen the coordinated development of technology standard development with scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading, and promote the industrialization, marketization and internationalization of innovation achievements. We will strive to build 20 national technological standards innovation bases in manufacturing related fields during the 13th Five-Year Plan to support China's manufacturing industry from big to strong.
